Frequently asked questions
Everything about laser tag in brief. Can’t find your answer? Get in touch and we’ll help.
From what age can you play?
The recommended age is 7. Younger children are welcome with an adult. There’s no upper age limit: laser tag suits kids and adult groups alike.
How long does a game last?
One session is 30 minutes: you watch a briefing video, gear up and play for 22 minutes. Sessions start every half hour, and for open games you can take 1–3 games back to back.
How many players fit on the arena?
2–22 players, split into up to 6 teams (3 is most common). The more players, the more fun.
What do I need to play?
Nothing special. You watch a short rules video, get a light vest and a phaser, and the game starts. Wear indoor shoes. Wear comfortable clothes. White glows strongly under the UV lights, so avoid it if you don’t want to stand out.
Can I come without booking?
You can come and play on the spot, but we recommend booking ahead, especially at weekends, so your slot is guaranteed.
What’s included in the price?
A game includes the vest, the phaser and a scorecard after the game. Open games from 11 €/person.
Can you host our birthday or corporate event?
Yes! We host kids’ birthdays with their own party room, and corporate events and group slots on the whole arena. Birthdays, school groups and the whole arena can be booked online. For bigger events we make a quote.
Is the arena accessible?
Most of the arena is step-free, but as a multi-level arena it also has ramps and stairs, so not all of it is accessible. Assistants get in free with an EU disability card. Feel free to ask us, and we’ll figure it out together.
Where are you and how do I park?
You’ll find us at Hermannin rantatie 5, Kauppakeskus REDI, 3rd floor, next to the A lifts. Parking in the REDI garage: 2 h free, 3 h for Laserareena customers.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are sold in the Active Entertainment online shop. They work at every Active Entertainment venue and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
